About RapVisuals

This Privacy Policy explains how RapVisuals handles personal information. For privacy requests, email support@rapvisuals.com.

Information we collect

If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address and profile picture Google provides. The selected template determines whether you upload one photo or one separate photo for each of two roles. We accept JPEG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB each.

We store your uploads and generated videos, account and session details, generation settings and status, support messages, reports, and order and credit records. We use contact details to manage your account, respond to support requests and send account or service notifications, including a notification when video generation finishes. We do not send marketing email or sell personal data. The payment provider shown at checkout processes payment details; RapVisuals does not store card numbers.

How video generation uses your photos

To let you resume your work after leaving the generator, such as to sign in or go to checkout, we temporarily save your selected photos and generator draft in this browser. This also happens while you are signed in; it is not limited to signed-out use. A draft expires one hour after it was saved; RapVisuals clears it the next time it checks an expired draft or restores it. If the browser is closed, local copies may remain past the one-hour point until the next check. Photos selected while signed out are not uploaded to our servers before you sign in.

When you request a video, we make the selected photo or photos and the fixed template clip available to the AI provider configured for that job. The current two-person replacement flow uses NanoAPI. We provide time-limited links so the provider can fetch the photos; those links expire after about two hours.

The provider may pass inputs or results to upstream model or infrastructure services. Those companies handle data under their own terms and retention rules. NanoAPI provides generated files at public URLs that anyone with the URL can access. We cannot delete the copy of a generated video stored by NanoAPI. Our 7-day photo and 30-day video schedule below covers only copies stored by RapVisuals; it does not remove NanoAPI’s copy or copies someone has downloaded. RapVisuals does not use uploaded photos to train its own models.

Storage and account deletion

Our scheduled cleanup removes uploaded photos after 7 days from upload and generated videos after 30 days from completion. You can delete a generated video from RapVisuals or delete your account sooner. These periods cover our stored copies only; they do not cover NanoAPI’s copy or copies held by people who accessed or downloaded them.

Deleting your account removes uploaded photos and generated media from our storage, disables share links, ends your sessions and anonymizes the account profile. Order and credit records are retained for reconciliation, accounting and refund disputes. Limited support, report and safety records may remain to handle requests and prevent abuse. We also retain a salted one-way email hash to help prevent repeated signup or referral rewards.

You can export account records as a JSON file in Settings. The export does not include media files; download available videos before they expire.

Safety checks

Where configured, automated moderation may check uploaded photos. Bot protection on public forms, where enabled, may process your IP address and browser signals to prevent abuse.

When we remove a reported image, we may keep a non-reversible fingerprint of that same file to prevent it from being uploaded again. This does not identify every edited or similar image.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and local browser storage needed for sign-in, theme preferences and basic operation.

A first-party cookie (vt_attr) can remember referral or campaign details for up to 90 days so we can understand which sources lead to sign-ups and purchases. We do not share it with advertising networks. When Google Analytics is enabled, we write this cookie only after you accept analytics cookies; withdrawing consent removes it.

We also count page visits on our own server by date, source, country and device. This tally does not use a visit cookie.

If enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. Google may process your IP address and device information for usage reports. You can withdraw consent in “Cookie settings”; this also removes Google Analytics cookies.

If enabled, PVUV loads only after you accept. It stores first-party visitor and session identifiers and receives page and session events only on public pages. Browser and device signals used by the SDK may also be sent. The page and referrer URLs sent to PVUV have their query strings and fragments removed; account, sign-in, checkout, admin, API and private share-link paths are excluded. We do not send download, outbound-click, form or error-detail events. You can withdraw consent in “Cookie settings”; this blocks PVUV requests, removes its identifiers, saves the local generator draft, then reloads the page to stop the SDK.

Shared videos

If you create a sharing link, anyone who has the link can watch the video. The page does not show your name or email and is marked “noindex” for search engines, but we cannot guarantee how every search engine handles it. Your browser creates a still image for the link preview, which we store with the video. Stopping sharing, deleting or expiring the video, or removing it after a report disables the link on our site; it cannot remove copies that others already downloaded or saved.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides our hosting and storage. Google is used when you choose Google sign-in; Stripe processes checkout and payments; NanoAPI currently handles video generation. We may also use services for safety checks and protection of public forms. These providers may process data outside your country under their own terms.

Your choices and requests

You can download available videos, stop sharing them, export account records as JSON or delete your account in Settings. Contact RapVisuals at support@rapvisuals.com to request access to, correction or deletion of other personal information. You may also exercise privacy rights available where you live or complain to your local data protection authority.
