Using the service

RapVisuals creates short AI videos using fixed templates and still photos. A template may require one photo or a separate photo for each of two roles. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service. The current generator does not accept custom song or audio uploads. Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or adults who have agreed to appear and have their photos processed. For a two-person video, each person must consent separately. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. You are responsible for having permission to submit the material. We may remove content and restrict or close accounts that break these rules.

Generated videos and third-party rights

AI output can contain mistakes; review the complete video before sharing it. Keep its AI-generated label, identify it as AI-generated when you share it and do not present it as real footage of an event.

You may share a video for personal or social use only to the extent you have the necessary rights. Buying credits does not transfer rights to third-party footage, music, names or marks in a template, and does not establish that a commercial or monetized use is cleared. Obtain any permission your intended use requires from the relevant rights holders.

Reports and removal

You can report content through our report page. We review reports promptly and may remove content or restrict accounts when appropriate. For a valid request covered by a law requiring removal of non-consensual intimate images within 48 hours, we remove the requested content and any known identical copies we host within that legal deadline.

When we remove a reported image, we may keep a non-reversible fingerprint of that same file to prevent it from being uploaded again. This does not identify every edited or similar image. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account closure; credits already used for a generation are not restored solely because an account is closed.

Credits and payments

The available credit packs and prices are shown before checkout. Each pack is a one-time purchase; no recurring subscription is currently offered. Purchased pack credits do not expire while the service is operating.

Credits are not cash, subject to the refunds below and any rights that cannot be waived by law.

Payment is processed by the provider identified at checkout. Its own payment terms and privacy notice may also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
