## AI rap video FAQ
### What is RapVisuals?
RapVisuals turns your photos into a short AI rap video. Pick a fixed rap template, add a photo for each role, confirm everyone agreed, and get a 720p MP4 labeled as AI-generated.
### Which photos should I prepare?
One clear photo per role: face visible, even light, no sunglasses or heavy filter. Hotel Lobby needs two photos, one for each MC.
### What do I see before spending credits?
The template, who goes left and who goes right, the clip length and the credit cost. Credits are only used when you press record, and a failed render gives them back.
### Will the video use our own voices?
No. Voice cloning isn’t offered.
### Are these examples real outputs?
The Hotel Lobby frames are stills from our own AI test renders, made with AI-generated faces. Your video uses your photos.
### How long does a render take?
Usually a few minutes. You can close the page; the finished video appears in My videos.
### Why is my video silent?
We leave the song out — we don't own it. Download your video, open the Hotel Lobby sound on TikTok, tap Use sound and pick your video. Start the sound at 0:00 and the rap lines up.
### How do credits work?
Each second of video costs one credit. Credits are bought in packs, never expire and are refunded automatically if a render fails.
### Can I use someone else’s photo?
Only with their permission, and never photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Accounts that break this rule are closed.
### What happens to my photos?
Uploaded photos are stored privately and used to make your video and for safety checks. Our copies: photos deleted automatically 7 days after upload; videos kept for 30 days after they finish. Provider-held files and downloaded copies follow separate retention rules. Deleting your account removes media stored by us and anonymizes your profile. We may retain order and credit records, plus some support and report records, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
